Natural cotton Anaeat baker's couche for shaping and supporting baguettes, loaves and other bread dough during proofing.
- One cloth measuring 29 × 17 inches.
- Untreated, unbleached cotton with a thick weave and hemmed edges.
- Flour the cloth before use, arrange shaped dough between folds, then transfer to a baking pan or tray when ready to bake.
- Before first use, rinse in cold water and air dry. Avoid frequent washing; rinse cold and air dry when needed.
