The Gourmet Cheese Mill is a manual, handheld grater that was originally designed for cheese but will grate all types of hard, soft and fresh produce.
It comes with two sizes of blade – one coarse and one fine – and can be used for hard cheeses such as parmesan or softer types like cheddar, red Leicester and double Gloucester.
Place the food inside the top of the machine and simply push and turn like a pepper mill for grated eggs for sandwiches and salads, cheeses for jacket potatoes, pizzas & pastas or nuts and chocolate for toppings and desserts.
