- Surface Requirements for Installation: Please confirm that the ceiling or wall for installation must be a 100% smooth and flat surface. Recommended surfaces include tiles, wood, glass, metal, and plastic. Not recommended for white walls, latex-painted walls, ordinary stucco walls, rough/uneven surfaces, or frosted surfaces. If installation on these non-recommended surfaces is necessary, drilling must be used to secure the track and avoid falling risks.
